• Clean up in each room is done progressively
• One or two Technicians will be inside the home, one Technician outside
• Last step inside to process is sealing,caulking inside,and all final clean up of carpets, floors
• Outside is sealed, and or Frames capped
• Each Window receives final inspection
• Warranty is reviewed with customer
• Window operation is taught to customer
• Final payment is made at conclusion

What if we find rot or termite issues when removing old windows ?

• Any undiscovered problems will be pointed out to homeowner
• Cost estimates for repairs will be given
• Work will be done immediatey to correct
• Work then continues on same day as scheduled

Occasionally, we find termite damage, or a rotted piece of old wood, and in turn requires fixing. But we only find such issues in 1 out of 15-20 homes. Even then the homeowner is usually aware of a relatively easy fix with new wood  piece replaced.Major structural issues normally do not accompany a window replacement project. Remember it is relatively inexpensive to replace a piece of wood($25 or so).

A typical Window Project of 20 Windows is normally completed in two days. About 95% of our Window Projects are 1.5 working days.

Can your existing trim/woodwork be used ?

Yes, in most homes we re-use the existing trim boards inside, around the window. Outside, the window trim is usually "Capped" to eliminate painting(capped in custom fit Coated Aluminum of your color choice)
